Transformation Fund: Frances' Story

Francis is a lady with a son and granddaughter who enjoys travelling in Denmark. She wanted to learn more about translating things into Danish to email her Danish friends abd to learn how to shop online.

She regularly visits the Hungerford Day Centre and that is where she took part in the project. Through learning how to shop online using My Guide and then trying it out herself with someone on hand her confidence greatly increased.
