The Buckinghamshire Strategic Partnership Implementation Group have been reviewing their
procedures on assessment and commissioned the Divisional Director for Commissioning and Business Improvement to produce a paper in regards of single assessment. The paper sets out a position in relation to Think Family systems. Full details are in the attached document.
