Spending the Pupil Premium

Monday, 27 June 2011 The Sutton Trust have published a “toolkit” of evidence on what can improve learning to help Heads choose what to spend their Pupil Premium funding on. The e-LF suggest that a combination of ICT, parental engagement, homework and one-to-one online tutoring could be a powerful mix to address under-achievement. Suggestions/criticisms that some of these might be high cost solutions are addressed by involving the parental contributions.
