Chichester College is running an exciting new SEEDA project in the Southeast called SEED offering FREE 1-to-1 Coaching support for customers thinking of exploring self-employment to help them identify and overcome their barriers in the transition to self employment.

Support will include -

  • Skills for life assessment at sign up stage and sign posting to provisions of literacy and numeracy support
  • Soft skills assessment through out their time on project starting at sign up
  • Bespoke support dependent on identified barriers
