The aim of this webinar is to improve the quality of funding applications by looking at a more analytical & structured approach to constructing answers.

 

The objectives for this webinar are:

• Understand how to use critical friends effectively
• Understand how to use the “Answer the Question” self-applied technique in future funding applications
• Understand how to answer specific types of questions with structured answers, including:

• Evidence of Need
• Volunteer Involvement
• Sustainability
• Evaluation

• Understand the importance of outcomes and their relationship with outputs

Evaluation Techniques and Measuring Impact

 

The aim of his webinar is to raise awareness about simple evaluation techniques and their role in identifying and measuring indicators and outcomes.

 

The objectives for this webinar are:

• Produce better “Evidence of Need” answers for your funding bids using a structured approach
• Understand the difference between outcomes and outputs
• Understand how to work out your outcomes & indicators for a particular funding application & your core business
• Be able to conduct basic, semi-structured interviews
