It is important that all nextstep advisers are aware of the adult entitlement to learning as outlined at the prime contractor’s workshop. Please could you ensure that each nextstep adviser working for your organisation or sub-contractors in your region have access to the attached web link? It is important that advisers are aware of the adult entitlement in order that they can provide as comprehensive information as possible to customers. The website has a dedicated section for advisers to access and contains the following information:

 Lists of specified qualifications. There are four lists to cover the eligible qualifications-

 Literacy at level 1

• Numeracy (at entry level 3)
• A full vocational Level 2
• A full level 3
